Praise & Harmony
Worshippers are led by Keith Lancaster.
The Acappella Company has been working on a new project
and is now ready to share it with everyone. There is a time in everyone's life
that you faced the reality of your own mortality. That's right, you faced the
truth and realized that you were not born to please yourself, but you were
created and placed here to please God. When you please God, He rewards you
beyond what you can comprehend. At the moment of your deepest despair, there
was comfort and peace, because you finally realized that you can't do it
yourself. One thing that just staring you in the face and it's there now, the
Holy Spirit of God is looking into your soul and telling you, "It's about time
you let me in! I've been here knocking and knocking, waiting for the door of
your heart to open." As a child of God, you can only offer God one thing that
you possess that He does not, YOUR PRAISE!!
Have you ever stopped to hear the stillness of God?
Have you ever listened to the gentle whisper of the Holy Spirit saying, "Let me
help you give back to God, since he has done so much fo you?" God does not seek
the riches of this world, because He created it. He asks for you to accept His
love, grace and mercy and then turn to others and share it with them.
Before man made flutes, lyres, harps and trumpets, God
made man and He put in man a voice that gave him the ability to make beautiful
music, especially in praise to God. Yes, Jesus said,
MT 24:30 "At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and
all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on
the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. 31 And he will send his
angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the
four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
Using the instrument that God gave each of us, we are to praise God with our
voices. God will provide the trumpet call at the end of the age, so until then,
let's lift our voices in praise to him. The human voice is capable of making
wonderful music, but it can make all of Heaven rejoice if we lift our voices
together, in harmony and praise the God from whom all blessings flow.
Paul, formerly Saul of Tarsus, guides the 1st Century church, notably the
congregation in the sinful metrolpolis of Ephasus to speak to one another with
psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the
Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our
Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 5:19, 20
Paul reminds us all that no matter what our lot in life, no matter our physical
afflictions, or even our political agendas, God is to always receive praise and
thanks. As Paul suggests, the Acappella company has begun a new work and would
like to include everyone in it's passion. The Acappella Company invites
everyone to sing praise to God in harmony. God has gifted all of us with the
ability to sing on some level, so the Acappella company decided it would help
give everyone some guidance. A new album has been designed, recorded and
engineered to assist you in learning your part in harmony with the selected
songs. It is the mission of this new endeavor to assist in the learning of 4
part harmony while praising God.
A 2 CD set has been created to offer you listening pleasure, a worship
experience and an opportunity to enhance the singing abiltiies you have with in
you. On CD in this album is a worship experience. A time to listen or sing
along. The second CD is designed as a support tool for learning the songs on
the worship CD. There's also one more part of the vision of this project that
needs to be made known. This new album is only a portion of a new ministry that
the Acappella company will now be offering. If you have a desire to learn these
songs in a personal worship experience with Keith Lancaster leading the group,
then make your wishes known. This is the other part of the mission of this
mininstry. To offer you an opportunity to reach out to people, from all beliefs
and backgrounds to come together in unity and praise God together. Keith
Lancaster will bring a team of skilled singers to your local venue to help
instruct and encourage you as you learn these songs.
It is the vision of this new project to continue to produce albums in the
future, to perpetually enhance your song library, to expand your abilities and
knowledge of harmony and to never stop praising our God.
